Return & Exchange Policy – Cult Next Wear

At Cult Next Wear, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Sale, discounted, or final clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

• Accessories and intimate wear (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.

3. Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a return.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
